The Computer Forensics PI will
"fix"
things for you. He will be there when the other side has
a computer forensics investigator. The Computer
Forensics PI will know how to deal with the OTHER side's high tech expert.
NOTE: There
are some very important issues about the other side's
computer forensics expert that can disqualify that
expert.
You will know what is pure "high tech garbage" talk and what is legitimate high tech, cyber space evidence that you need to find or present to win your case.
After every high tech case where you use the Computer Forensics PI you will walk away from the experience better trained and equipped to handle the next case with even more digital evidence and computer problems to solve.
High technology evidence is here to stay. There are not too many of us that are
